MyChart saw a notable decline in weekly downloads from around 200K at the start of the quarter to approximately 128K by the end of March. Weekly active users also dropped from over 2M to about 1.97M.

GoodRx: Prescription Coupons experienced a downward trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 83K and ending at approximately 74K. Active users showed a similar trend, decreasing from 445K to about 418K over the quarter.

NAVICA had a significant drop in weekly downloads from 122K to roughly 41K. Active users decreased from around 160K to approximately 93K by the end of the quarter.

Sydney Health maintained a steady number of weekly downloads, fluctuating between 98K and 37K. Active users also showed a slight decline, moving from 185K to about 136K.

On/Go experienced a sharp decline in weekly downloads, starting from 95K and dropping to around 17K by the end of March. Active users similarly decreased from approximately 68K to about 42K.
